White Light is the New Black

 As the daughter of a bohemian mother, I've grown up with the notion of White Light.Some of you will know exactly what I'm talking about.  At the risk of sounding like a raving hippy (!)....here's my take on the beautiful notion of White Light...

In spiritual terms, White Light is the purest of energy and light.  The idea is to imagine (often through meditation or any time throughout the day) a beautiful white, soft, fluffy light surrounding your body.  It is thought that this will bring a sense of divine protection against bad energy and therefore bring you peace.  

White light is as important to me as the air that I breathe.  I white light myself and my loved ones every day, even my home and my car!

The essence of Losari is simple whites, delicate pastels and natural textures.  My pendant lights are white Capiz Shells and Cowrie Shells.  These sculptures remind me of White Light. They create such harmony in a home - gently chiming in the breeze by day and glowing white light at night.
